Departmental Observations
Application Protocol
§1 — Standard Procedure
Register
Provide your contact credentials. An access authorization request is submitted immediately.
Verify
Check your inbox and click the verification link. Your authorization is finalized and your personal invitation code is activated.
Share
Share your invitation link. Each confirmed participant moves you higher in the early-access queue to the ticket distribution system.
Access
Registrants with stronger signals access the system first. Your position in the queue depends on when you registered and how many people accepted your invitation.
Authorized Provisions
§2 — What authorization grants
You Are Not Alone
You join a growing community of people who no longer feel obliged to pretend that everything is fine.
Registration is a way to stand together, compare notes, hold a document of belonging, and remain available for departure should the need arise.
A Place in Line, A Sign in Public
You receive a place in the registry and make your position known at the same time.
It is both queue logic and quiet dissent: a sign that your confidence in terrestrial administration is no longer without limits.
Earlier registration means a better chance of standing closer to the origin of the departure line.
Stay Ready
You remain connected to the registry and informed of future developments, releases, and collective movement.
If anything important happens, you will not be the last to know, or the only one paying attention.
Strengthen the Signal
Every confirmed registration strengthens the signal.
This is not just account growth. It is also a better chance of standing closer to the origin of the departure line.
It is visible proof that more people are arriving at similar conclusions and are prepared to remain in contact, compare notes, and consider departure seriously.
A Departure Document
You receive a digital record of your place in the registry — a departure document, a registry confirmation, and a formal trace of your inclusion in the system.
An Official Artifact, If You Want One
For those who want a transferable onchain artifact, an officially issued Departure Ticket with an assigned queue position can be minted separately.
It is not required for registry participation. It exists for those who wish to formalize their place in the system and hold it in transferable form.
Departmental Notice
§3 — Capacity Advisory
Earth systems maintain a sustained interest in instability. Directive EDA-7 provides for controlled access sequencing. Possession of a departure ticket from Earth statistically reduces anxiety levels. A place at the front of the queue is additionally associated with sounder sleep, improved appetite, and a subjectively enhanced attractiveness in the eyes of the opposite sex.
- The pre-launch period remains limited under Directive EDA-7.
- Accommodation of all applicants is not guaranteed.
- Early registration is interpreted positively by the system.
- Once capacity is reached, remaining calm is advised.
- Registration is recommended for those who prefer mushrooms on the menu rather than on the horizon.

Operational Infrastructure
§5 — Associated Departments & Infrastructure Partners
Human Authenticity Review Office
Verification of baseline human status, continuity of identity, and absence of synthetic substitution indicators.
Earth Governance Irregularities Task Group
Ongoing review of unofficial decision-making structures and their influence on terrestrial access conditions.
Department of Extraterrestrial Affairs
Classification of non-terrestrial contact events, signals, and related admissibility considerations.
Signal Integrity Verification Bureau
Validation of declared intent, referral authenticity, and irregular amplification patterns.
This list is not exhaustive. Certain departments remain undisclosed.
Tickets may undergo interdepartmental clearance prior to activation, validation, or assignment. Certain procedures are mandatory; additional clearances may be completed voluntarily to improve the viability of both the ticket and its holder.
Departmental Reference
§6 — Clarifications
What exactly am I registering for?
Pre-launch access to the Earth departure ticket distribution system. Registration grants inclusion in the EDA registry and early participation before public access begins. No immediate physical departure is required.
How will departure tickets be issued?
Tickets are recorded in the Earth Departure Authority (EDA) registry. Upon request, a certified Departure Ticket may be issued on the public blockchain for independent verification, transferability, and public record continuity.
Does registration guarantee a ticket?
Yes. Each confirmed registration results in inclusion in the EDA registry through an EDA Entry Pass. A Departure Ticket registered on the public blockchain may be issued separately.
Is there a fee?
Registry admission is free. EDA receives no public funding and uses 0% of your taxes. Contributions related to Departure Tickets registered on the public blockchain support EDA infrastructure and cover issuance, storage, blockchain registration, and on-chain updates.
What do I get for free?
Every confirmed participant is included in the official EDA registry. No cost. No obligation. Registration means joining a community of people who prefer to secure a documented place in the system in advance. If events remain within the bounds of common sense — the ticket remains a symbol. If not — at least the paperwork will be in order.
What is the certified Departure Ticket?
The certified Departure Ticket is an optional blockchain-issued registry record. The public blockchain creates and maintains the numbered departure queue, while providing independent verification, public traceability, and transferability outside the EDA portal.
How does signal strength work?
Signals are not purchased. Each invited and confirmed participant moves you higher in the early-access queue to the ticket distribution system. Signal levels reflect participation in the growth of the registry. The Department distinguishes the following signal levels: Participant, Amplifier, Broadcaster, Signal Node, Beacon.
"I just want to know how many of us on Earth are tired of feeling like we're seeing this alone."
— Registry participant
"Get up, you moth...r. I'm not leaving you here."
